On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, contact our technical support team at support@hookt.io.
Tap the three dots on their profile or in the chat window, select "Report," and choose the reason for reporting. We review all reports, most within 24 hours. You can also email safety@hookt.io for urgent concerns.
Yes! You can log into your Hookt account on multiple devices. Your messages, matches, and profile will sync automatically across all devices.
Date tracking is optional and only active when you turn it on. When enabled, you can share a link with friends who can see your real-time location on a map. You can turn it off anytime. Learn more on our Safety page.

Everyone verifies before appearing in the deck: you'll be guided through Stripe Identity, which securely checks your government-issued ID. It takes just a few minutes, and you get a verified badge when you're done.
